Ten years ago, I was naive enough to believe the EF alias might conceal my identity from the government I planned to criticize. AI reveals all, of course. However, I still prefer the pen name “EF,” or “Experience Film,” here. It just feels right.
Besides, it keeps the ego in check. I don’t credit myself in my montages because I know I’m stealing so much from other artists’ work.
What I Do Here
I make the purest, most painstakingly rhythmic movie mashups you’ll find anywhere. On average, I spend about one year of labor per hour of content here.
The previous episode, “True Blue,” plays like a rhythmic dance montage. The forthcoming episode, “Reaping Day,” plays more like a Hollywood blockbuster. Two very different experiences. Choose your adventure. Or hop on this train for both! We’re going places… In the mind only😆
Personal Life
Cincinnati native. Middle brother to two beautiful sisters and an awesome brother-in-law— a sporty Nic Cage with a record collection. Older sister is an actress turned English teacher. “Cool uncle.” (Fist pump.) An unimpressive but ever-loving friend, son, etc. Sorry I’m such an introvert— My AI version will be down for whatever.
I have degrees in Psychology (B.S.) and Business Administration (minor), both from undergrad at UC. I later earned a Film Post-Production minor from Colorado Film School in 2021.
All Over the Place
I’ve bounced around more than a dozen careers since graduating in 2015. Everything from marketing, social work, essay scoring, delivery driving, bartending… even tennis pro.
When Mr. Orange took office in January 2017, I was homeless (car), wandering the beaches of St. Petersburg, Florida. By choice. It was the most empowering experience of my life: solving the logistics, maintaining employment, and being free of possessions. It was also the only time I’ve ever been able to save any money. That’s what it took😅
Here’s a photo of me at peak starving-artist. Taken a couple months after carpetbagging my sorry ass back from Denver, Colorado during COVID, into an asbestos apartment in the art district of my hometown.
My baby sister is my legal guardian now. She has Down syndrome, and she’s the breadwinner of our household… We look after each other☺️ In truth, I work with some of her friends too, who also have disabilities. That’s my job now.
This summer, 2026, just one year after moving in together into her very first apartment, and one year after uprooting my (sarcastically) glamorous, perfect life, the Republican Ohio State Congress decided, in its infinite wisdom, to ban all family members of adults with disabilities from providing paid services. Calling it fraud. LMAO.
It took about a year, and all kinds of paywall hurdles, just to obtain my license. And it took a flash mob of angry, desperately concerned citizens to force them to remove the clause from that bill the day before it was ratified.
There’s nowhere else for adults with disabilities to go besides family. Our parents are exhausted. My sister cannot live alone because she does not know her right from her left, or 2+2, or how to turn the gas oven off. She has the best heart of anyone I know, and she’s my best friend.
Okayyy enough about me! Jeesh. My SOS “Message”— i.e., the previous post— escaped Big Brother’s dome! I was overcome with hope and gratitude because of the messages I received from all over the world. You found me! Some of you I never expected to.
To my countrymen, I feel like a slutty dog at a pet party for throwing you under the bus last post. I hope you still love me. I think you’re great… Most of you. Some of you are actually bots lol.

I’m glad to learn about you and see what you look like!! I love that you have such a close relationship with your sisters… I envy you; I only have one brother who lives thousands of miles away. The photo of you two traveling is adorable!!
It’s too bad that politicians banned all family members of adults with disabilities from providing paid services… I mean, why??!! I’m sorry to hear that… but I feel like politicians from both parties have done terrible things. The fraud situations in MN is just horrible, and I believe those in power over the state enable the fraudsters and likely benefit from those taxpayer $$$$$$$ 😡

As Frank Zappa said, the only thing Republicans are good for is making money (and I would add, dropping bombs). They need to get out of the road when it comes to anything else.

The compulsions to art, and to compassion are both admirable qualities. I’d previously picked up on your sister, and you look about as I’d expected… though younger White guys all look the same to me. I figured some kind of film studies, but wouldn’t have guessed Psychology… or Business.
FYI, Democratic-led California just recently went through the same familial care-giver economic convulsion, with pretty much the same result. I think it’s the product of occasional opportunistic fraud, amplified in lobbying by home health-care interests that don’t want the competition. Licensing is the universal bureaucracy. In that regard, at least this isn’t Japan.

PS: What’s happening in Ohio is brutal! 😡 I have to mention that, thank goodness, it’s just standard practice in Germany to look after everyone with a disability. My wife is a teacher at one of those special schools, and she loves working with people who have Down Syndrome.

I remember reading about it when they were trying to pull that BS in Ohio. Just another part of the agenda of making life more and more intolerable in these United States while lining the pockets of corporate donors. See also: Kicking people off their ACA plans FOR NOT FILING CLAIMS. Healthy people don’t file claims, sick people do; you need healthy people in the plan to pay for the people who actually need to use the insurance, so this is just another backhanded way of trying to kill the ACA by taking away funds from it.
Anyway when it comes to identities, back in the 90s they used to say “Don’t write anything in an email you wouldn’t write on a postcard” and I’ve kind of extrapolated that into the assumption that anything I do online can be connected back to me if anyone wants to. I don’t even really try to hide it on Reddit where other people have usernames like “Outraged_Wombat_29313” or whatever.
Stress is the root cause of most health issues. MAGA: Let’s make disabled people work 80 hours a month in order to receive assistance… We can’t have universal healthcare, but 49 Americans can become billionaires from privatizing it. 4.5 Trillion dollars in additional tax breaks (mostly for them) by 2030 or whatever, from the Big Ugly Bill. Makes no sense to me.
