(Quill in hand, reading glasses slouched) Is nonexistent, in short. (Resumes answering fan mail feverishly).
I only mention it because for a brief time in my 20s I got to play the part of Romeo (rrrRomeo). In the Tragi-comedy that is life. Hopefully you did too. What are we but the stories we tell ourselves!?

It’s a new chapter. And although the universe has sent him multiple Crouching Tigers at the new bartending gig, EF has in every instance run from them like Tokyo from Godzilla. “Heart of a lion, this one.”
My ex is the original prototype for Jobu Tupaki. Perhaps you’ve met her. Not asian; just that strong personality combined with the inexperience. I didn’t know what I’d do with my next dauntless fem warrior.

Two years later, just before halloween last year, there she was. Crab walking at me out of the dark with those cute little devil horns (ehe). Asked for ice water. (THEN pulled me across the bar by my neck-tie and dragged me straight to her master!). Okay that last part didn’t happen – It’s a caricature.
Tattoo on the right thigh – a samurai sword shish-kabobbing 2 hearts (with room for one more🔪💔) (Gulp). Eyeing my thumping chest and licking her lips, she gave me her number. The rest is between EF and God.
Sorry to disappoint you but I already said I ran (So far awayYyy). Dating is too much work. Even the sex is too much work. Let alone the socialization as an introvert? I think I’ll take up Legos again instead.

Lately I feel about as sexy as a pile of dirty dishes. And crushed milkshake cartons. Not working out because of the literal broken heart, which I dare say is improving. Been cutting my own hair since the divorce. One slip of the scissors and he’s ready for the Monestary, Officially.(Sigh)
E.F.🥺💓🐶

LOL!! It is genuinely a tragicomedy! That is me, mate, actually, who has to allow himself to find sex too strenuous because I’m running to my seventh decade. However, yes. Life is stressful enough anyway!! Take care.😉🤙

Funny about the haircuts! I ordered myself a set of electric hair clippers during the earliest days of the pandemic, figuring I could keep from getting too scruffy by giving myself a buzz now and then, but my wife immediately took possession of them and took over trimming duties. Just because of that one time I let the lady at Great Clips give me a cut where the front of my hair poke up like a parakeet, my haircutting decisions are forever suspect …

an entertaining romp; dating at any age is tricky — but there are laughs and lessons along the way 🙂

If you concentrate more on getting sex and less on satisfying your feelings, you’ll have better luck in the great dating game.

I love this song! But I was never comfortable with this type of 80s aesthetics. Too much of everything. 😅
I feel you were with someone whose sexual style and intensity was mismatched with yours. I don’t know. I used to study Masters and Johnson’s book since I was too young for it and then I got my first girlfriend in my early 20s followed by first wife and then the current wife. From these 3 my present one is the best match since we are keeping the fire burning between the sheets for over 11 years now. It’s not easy to find the match and as you know I had to literally travel the world to find mine. Keep the chin up and remember to first love yourself. Otherwise it’s hard for others to find you lovable.

I discovered this song playing GTA: Vice City at my friend’s house in middle school. Def fits with the thick 80s aesthetic. GTA 6 is headed back to Miami once again, releasing sometime 2025.
11 years is an impressive stretch Great to hear that! It’s the blackbelt!🥋🔥

P.S. I’m cutting my hair with electric buzzer for the last decade. I never looked back.

I hear you on this one, but I like to keep trying till I’ve found the one. Finding love as an introvert is pretty hard, especially when you’re the guy who has to make the first move.

Exactly! You feel the struggle. It’s up to the guy to make the first move. Be ready for that right one. It doesn’t take much, just assurance👍

The answer, as always, probably annoyingly involves patience; that thing we all need but generally dislike working on.
Also, thanks for the giggles. The words, Stone/Gosling clip and the music video. 😁
