That rink reminds me of the one the fire department used to make in the park at the bottom of the hill I lived on when I was a kid. Just a lot of uneven ice and snowbanks. Best skating rink ever! ⛸️ I could skate pretty fast, but, dang, skating backwards … I could never get the hang of skating backwards, let alone of jumping and spinning.
That neighborhood rink sounds fun. I have only skated a few times in my life. Lol Once with my first crush (age 6) A girl with 5 sisters who’s father’s name was Norbert. In 5 minutes I must have fallen 50 times. Had to be stripped and blow dried in the girls bathroom at the Cincinnati Zoo😭
Apples and Oranges. For my art I steal the music and the cinematography. My contribution is merely in marrying the two in a unique, and yes, personally relevant way. It’s a matter of patience and luck to find a combination that works. And I was satisfied with how well these two joined, lyrically. Thanks again for watching and for the kind words!
